A $28,092 (2020 rate) or $28,600 (2021 rate) annual tax free stipend.
A $500 to $1,500 relocation allowance (single to family) given to students moving from interstate or abroad to study at Deakin
Just for international students: Single Overseas Student Health Cover scheme for the student visa period.
Eligibility
For you to be qualify for Deakin University Postgraduate Research Scholarship, candidate must fulfill all of the following requirements below:
English must be your language.
All world countries are accepted.
However, for an this scholarship, a student must be a domestic or international student enrolled in an HDR.
An applicant must not be receiving an equivalent award or scholarship from the Commonwealth designed to offset HDR fees
The RTP or DUPRS Stipend student must not be receiving income from another source to support that student’s.
Their course of study if that income is greater than 75 per cent of that student’s RTP or DUPRS Stipend rate.
Applicants for an RTP or DUPRS Stipend must have completed at least four years of tertiary education
A candidate may not obtain an equivalent Commonwealth grant or fellowship intended to cover HDR fees or be eligible for an RTP Fees Offset.
